We offer a wide range of reference materials that can be used across many different disciplines. We also pay close attention to the deformations of the human body, including facial expressions also known as FACS (Facial Action Coding System).

Our mission is to become the world’s largest resource for anatomical reference featuring a wide range of body types, ages, and ethnicities.

While most artistic references focus on poses, costumes, and dramatic lighting, Anatomy Archive is a deeper study of the human body particularly its deformations.

This approach supports a variety of disciplines in producing higher-caliber work, from illustrators and sculptors to rigging artists, character FX specialists, and those working with FACS based facial shapes.

We also offer a built-in app that makes our reference material easy to access without the need to store gigabytes of files on your desktop. The app features an "always-on-top" mode, allowing you to keep reference visible while working in the artistic software of your choice.
